August 24th-Lexi's first day of Preschool. She was so excited. She went to the open house and met the teacher. She was able to get her own school bag filled with her homework for the first day. They had to fill out a paper about themselves and bring in their favorite teddy bear. She brought in Heart bear, her build-a-bear workshop bear. We went the day before and bought her a new outfit to wear on the first day of school. I went with her for the first hour. We did a scavenger hunt to learn about the pre-school. I have pictures of that, I will download at some point.

Adele Concert
August 21st-I am ashamed to say that I have only been to one concert in my life before this. I don't know why, they are so awesome! I went with my friend/co-worker Carrie and Donna. I went early so we could get a good spot in line and rush the stage. It was worth it.
Carrie stole my shoes! It was hot so I took off my new red converse so my feet could breath and Carrie stole them. Lucky for me she gave them back.

The Demolition Derby
August 20th- So after driving to Vegas, packing up a huge storage unit in 107 degree weather, driving back to Utah, unloading all of it into a house with no air conditioning, my dad and I deserved a little fun. We went to the Spanish fork demolition derby. It was a blast.
A car rolled over in the first round. There were a few roll overs, one car caught on fire, quite a few came up on the baracade, and more then half just stopped working. It was so fun to watch.
Our new house!
August 2011- Yeah! We finally got to move into our beautiful new house! It is huge compared with our super small apartment that we have been surviving in for the last 8 months. It doesn't have A/C right now, but will once we get in a part or two.

Swim lessons
August 2011- We have been meaning to sign the girls up for swim lessons all Summer and finally we got around to it. Lily and I took a mommy/me water adaption class and Lexi took regular swim lessons. We all had so much fun. The girls really looked forward to their lessons.

The kids in the Highland City Parade
August 2011- We were moving into our new house (yeah!) and so Grandma was watching the kids. She was going to be in a parade for her work so she brought the kids along. They wore little hospital gowns. They were cute.
I saw Colleen and Lily coming up, but couldn't see Lexi anywhere. I wondered if she had decided not to be in the parade. Then I saw her in the undercarriage of the stroller.
