Flat Stanley

We had the opportunity to host a flat Stanley from California at our house for a month. We had a lot of fun with him. Lexi played Legos with him.

 We took him to a theater for puppets and he was just the right size.

 We found him a teepee to play with

 He went to Hogwarts.

 He fit right in with the Gryffindors.

 Dumbledore took a liking to him.

 So did the dragon. He liked going for a ride.

We went to the library where he found some friends.

DAR state regional conference

The Daughters of the American Revolution, that I recently joined, was having a conference. I was a page and had to wear a floor length white dress. In the store they were over $150 and so I made one. I also had to have a formal dress so I wore my old wedding dress without the slip in it. Paging was fun. I was nervous because it was my first time. but I did well. I got to be the personal page to the delegates from Las Vegas, Nevada and from Arizona.

 I got to carry in a flag in a few processions/ I had to wear white gloves for this.

Easter Hunt and Dinner

Tom's family and some of my family came over and had Easter Dinner and an Egg hunt. Sammy was so big and smiling! All the kids had a blast hunting for eggs with candy inside. The boys found themselves eggs and then helped Lexi and Lily look. It was super cute.

Joey gets the priesthood

Easter Morning we drove up to Payson so we could see Joey get the priesthood. It was kind of cool being able to have it done on Easter. Tom's dad came down from Idaho to be a part of it.

Easter Basket hunting

Easter Morning! The girls were excited to find their baskets. They woke up fast and were all over the house! Being in Tom's house was fun because there were all new places for the bunny to hide the baskets.

 Lexi was the first to find her basket. It was behind the green curtain in the library.

 Tom got up and started to help the girls find their baskets.

 Lexi was more then happy to help find other people's baskets.

 She helped find mine. I told her about when the bunny hid mine on the ceiling fan and I thought I was forgotten because it took so long to find it.

 Lily found her basket in an orange home depot tub.

Tom found his in the dryer. Haha, good thing we didn't do any laundry.

House hunting

So we were house hunting and most of the time we tried to go without the kids, but there were a few times that they came and they were a lot of fun. One time the key code thing didn't work so I showed Lexi how to break into the house by going through the basement window. She loved it!

Kevin's Graduation

 So I got off work and rushed over to the Marriot Center to see Kevin graduate. I thought he was in the crowd so I took a photo of everywhere he could have been. Then afterwards I found him sitting in the stands. Wierd. I got to see baby Sammy and we went to Sizzler afterward.
