Fun in San Diego

 July 14th-The kids and I drove down to California for my Grandee's birthday and to meet my new niece Em, who is over 3 months old! Saturday we went to old town San Diego with both my Uncle's and their families.

 We went to a little Mexican restaurant with some good food. We got our own little section so the kids had room to breath

 We went by a street fair on our way to old town San Diego. It was so fun. Grandee got her caricature done.

Demolition!!!

 We are getting new counters! Royce came over and saved us $700 by doing an hour and a half of demolition. THANK YOU ROYCE, WE LOVE YOU!

The Star Spangled Beat Down

 July 7th-Stars versus Stripes. I was on the stripes and got to play with my (Jer's) cousin, Harry Slaughter. It was so much fun. It was an all day tournament with beginning, intermediate, co-ed intermediate, and advanced scrimmages.

There's a fair in town!

 July 11th- There is a fair in town and my girls really wanted to go. We went and got to go on some rides. Lily went on the caroussel, we went on the ferris wheel. We had so much fun!

 Lily got half way up and chickened out. Lexi went to help her, but couldn't budge her. I went up and had to carry her down.

 So Lexi wanted to go on some big rides, but she had to ride with an adult and Lily was too short to ride at all. I told them we couldn't go because they were too small and Lily kept insisting that she was this big. See Picture above.

Build a Bear

July 9th-Lexi had some birthday money so I took the girls to Build-a-bear to get a bear. Lexi chose a kitty and Lily chose a bunny.

Lexi got hers filled up first. They got to put the hearts inside and name them. They named them Daisy and Kitty.

Both of the girls then washed their animal. It was really fun.

The 4th of July

 July 4th- We had so much fun on the 4th. I made a cake with 50 stars and 13 stripes. Awesome! I am so American! The girls and I got up early to look at Air Balloons. We drove all over. We stopped for donuts and when we got out all the balloons were gone. I asked Lexi where they went and she said she thought someone popped them. I said they don't pop, but then we drove by a deflating balloon and she said, "See mommy, I told you it got popped." It was really funny.

 Later we did snaps and Jer took Lex to see fireworks. All in all a fun 4th of July.

Mahoney Wedding #3

 Kyle and Anine got married and we got to attend! Woo-hoo! It was awesome. 16 groomsmen and 6 bridesmaids.

Lexi's 5th Birthday

 June 27th- Happy Birthday Lexi!!!! She really wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese this year and have her party. We invited Indy, Nathaniel, Moroni, Wesley, Owen, Reagan, and Kiera. Reagan and Keira couldn't make it, but we had so much fun. Jer's family came and she loved seeing them.

 Each kid got a cup of coins, a goody bag, pizza, and cake. They had a blast playing all the games.

Uncle Kevin and Krystal had a competition to see who could get the most tickets. Kevin won.
