I wanted a day to be a mom and not a social worker. So here is what I did: I called in and said I was taking a mental Health Day. I was not sick, I just didn't want to go in. I took my kids to story time at the library. It was so cute. We learned about the letter X. The girls walked around holding hands. We went to the store and got treats. We went to the movie Alvin and the chipmonks:Chipwrecked (it is close to that) I cleaned my house a little. We went to the mall. It was a really, really good day. I miss being with my kids sometimes and wish I could take more days like this.
